hotel was close to a metro station. my room was with a shower, a plus for me. the property had indeed a perfect location.

The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenient location very close to the metro, and the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. Being so close to the metro station made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, from providing clear instructions on how to enter the building to offering assistance with any questions or concerns we had.

I had a wonderful stay at Plain But Clean in Rome. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Colosseum and with a metro station nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of sightseeing. The view from the balcony was also stunning, overlooking the beautiful rooftops of the city. I enjoyed the in-room breakfast every morning, which included a variety of delicious options. my stay at Plain But Clean was pleasant and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Rome.

This hotel is located in a decent area, just a short walk away from the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Guests appreciate the clean and spacious rooms, with complimentary tea, coffee, and cold water in the corridor. The staff is helpful and provides useful information upon arrival. There is also a supermarket nearby for any supplies needed during the stay.

One downside mentioned by guests is that the walls are not soundproof, so noise from the street below can be heard at night.

The breakfast at the nearby restaurant could have been better, but the location was great! Just a few minutes away from the subway station. The room had air conditioning and we had control over the temperature, which was amazing during hot days. They also provided a small fridge in the room which was a plus, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was not properly cleaned. We found some dirt and dust under the bed and on the bathroom doors.
