The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenient location very close to the metro, and the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. Being so close to the metro station made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay, from providing clear instructions on how to enter the building to offering assistance with any questions or concerns we had.
Cannot find any fault.

The location was great, close to the metro and a supermarket. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us tips on key sights to see. The 24-hour coffee and tea facilities were appreciated, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The free wifi was fast and reliable.
The noise level from the street was quite high, making it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's rest. The bathroom was small and may not be suitable for larger guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Plain But Clean in Rome. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Colosseum and with a metro station nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of sightseeing. The view from the balcony was also stunning, overlooking the beautiful rooftops of the city. I enjoyed the in-room breakfast every morning, which included a variety of delicious options. my stay at Plain But Clean was pleasant and I would definitely recommend it to others visiting Rome.

This hotel is located in a decent area, just a short walk away from the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Guests appreciate the clean and spacious rooms, with complimentary tea, coffee, and cold water in the corridor. The staff is helpful and provides useful information upon arrival. There is also a supermarket nearby for any supplies needed during the stay.
One downside mentioned by guests is that the walls are not soundproof, so noise from the street below can be heard at night.

Nothing for me.

The breakfast at the nearby restaurant could have been better, but the location was great! Just a few minutes away from the subway station. The room had air conditioning and we had control over the temperature, which was amazing during hot days. They also provided a small fridge in the room which was a plus, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was not properly cleaned. We found some dirt and dust under the bed and on the bathroom doors.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away. Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby dining options, including popular fast-food chains. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff is very helpful and accommodating, providing good tips and advice for exploring the city.
The breakfast options were limited and some facilities, such as the TV, were not in good condition.

We chose this place for our romantic escape, and the complementary champagne and chocolates that were awaiting us in the room were a nice touch. The location was great; close to the metro and within walking distance of some nice local restaurants. Plus, it was easy to get to the main sights from there.
The room was not as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom was quite small, and the shower was barely big enough for one person.
